Job Description:
The position of Financial Manager at our company requires the following job duties;
[1] Create and monitor operating budgets to ensure the company can meet its procurement, payroll, and shipping costs while staying financially healthy;
[2] Evaluate the cost of sourcing rare metal parts and determine optimal pricing strategies to maintain profitability in a competitive and specialized market;
[3] Handle tax filings, prepare financial statements, and ensure that the company meets regulatory and accounting standards both locally and internationally;
[4] Track incoming and outgoing funds to maintain smooth operations, ensuring the company can pay vendors on time and invest in new opportunities;
[5] Provide financial insights during supplier negotiations and customer contract discussions to protect the company’s financial interests; AND
[6] Implement and monitor internal controls and accounting systems to prevent errors, improve efficiency, and support accurate financial tracking.

Job Requirements:
At least bachelor's degree in Finance or related.
