Job Description:
I.M.I Financial Group Corp is currently seeking a Permanent, Full-time Financial Manager to join their team as soon as possible.
Main Duties:
• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of an accounting, audit, or other financial department.
• Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and procedures for the establishment.
• Prepare or coordinate the preparation of financial statements, summaries, and other cost-benefit analyses and financial management reports.
• Coordinate the financial planning and budgeting process, analyze estimates, and make necessary corrections.
• Supervise the development and implementation of financial simulation models.
• Evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting procedures, and investment activities; make recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets, and other financial control functions to senior managers and department or regional managers.
• Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff.
• Act as a liaison between the organization, its shareholders, the investing public, and external financial analysts.

• University degree or college diploma is required.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of management experience is required.
