KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Review and examine financial records, transactions, and operations of banks, credit institutions, insurance firms, and other financial entities to ensure compliance with applicable legislation, policies, and regulatory standards. Conduct financial assessments and risk analyses on investment instruments such as stocks, bonds, mortgages, and other financing arrangements to support sound decision-making. Monitor and investigate financial activities to identify potential irregularities, non-compliance, or unethical practices, and prepare detailed reports with findings and recommendations. Analyze client financial information including income, assets, liabilities, and investment objectives to evaluate suitability for financial products and services. Negotiate financial terms and arrangements with clients, institutions, or stakeholders, and assist in preparing financial agreements, contracts, and related documentation. Support the development and evaluation of financial products, including participation in underwriting processes for securities or financing solutions when required. Administer and oversee financial accounts, trust funds, or managed portfolios by tracking investments, recording income, and ensuring accurate disbursement of funds. Provide guidance on financial compliance, risk management, and investment strategies to internal teams or clients. Liaise with financial institutions, regulators, and stakeholders to ensure proper execution of financial transactions and adherence to policies. Prepare financial reports, compliance documentation, and audit materials to support regulatory reviews and organizational decision-making.
