Job Responsibilities
As the Financial Controller, you will play a critical role in overseeing the financial operations of the River View Hotel. Your responsibilities will include:
• Develop financial strategies, conduct financial analysis, and prepare reports to support decision-making processes.
• Prepare annual budgets and project budges, forecasts, and financial projections, ensuring alignment with the hotel's strategic goals.
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings.
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets, ensure compliance, and enhance the accuracy of financial information.
• Monitor and manage the hotel's cash flow, ensuring liquidity and optimal use of financial resources.
• Ensure compliance with local, territorial, and federal financial regulations and standards.
