Financial Controller Job

1. Define the mission and strategic direction for the company through specific objectives and achieve these objectives through efficient financial resources.
2. Assign financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
3. Establish of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
4. Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff.
5. Conduct financial and administrative controls.
6. Distribute and enhance the financial resources to implement the company’s policies and marketing/sales activities.
7. On behalf of the organization to participate in important financial negotiations.

1. University degree in financial, business administration or other discipline related to the relevant field.
2. 5 years’ experience in middle leadership role in financial or relevant field.
3. Solid knowledge of financial principles and experience in developing and implementing successful financial strategies.
4. Results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
5. Strong business acumen and a track record of driving business growth and profitability.
