Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Manage financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Oversee financial transactions such as accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and invoicing.
- Coordinate with external auditors for financial audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and including identify areas & provide recommendations for improving financial performance.
- Implement internal controls and risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks.
- Supervise management of capital and equity financing operations
- Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems; improves administrative and accounts control management procedures
- Manage office operations, including facilities, supplies, and equipment.
- Oversee contract agents’ relationships.
- Coordinate and manage administrative staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Responsible for HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relationships as well as developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
- Collect data and generate management reports for reporting to the Board of Directors
- Perform other financial, administrative and HR duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Administration, Commerce or a related field
- A minimum of five years of combined managerial experiences in administrative, financial and human resources management in a financial investment industry is required
- Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles including financial planning, budgeting, analysis, etc. is required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and guide teams.
- Strong presentation and reporting skills
- Proficiency in using office software (such as Microsoft Office Suite) and other relevant tools.
