We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our finance team, focusing on managing and reporting funds for voluntary organizations. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a degree in finance, accounting, or economics, eager to support nonprofit financial operations through basic reporting, data entry, and budgeting for community-driven initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Collect and organize financial data for voluntary organizations and community programs.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, tracking donations, grants, expenses, and income statements.
Support budget creation and adjustments for voluntary projects, ensuring compliance with funding goals.
Assist in basic forecasting by analyzing historical data to predict future fund needs.
Enter financial transactions related to grants, donations, and program costs into systems.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
Communicate fund allocation and usage updates to senior team members.
