• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration or Economics
• Work experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience as a financial analyst in a similar organization is required
Job Duties:
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze financial, operational, and investment data related to the company’s subsidiary businesses, acquisition targets, and new site developments.
• Examine financial statements, cash flows, debt structures, and performance metrics to assess business viability, profitability, and financial risk.
• Prepare financial models, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses to support business acquisitions, capital investments, and expansion initiatives.
• Develop company, industry, and economic outlooks and prepare analytical reports, briefing notes, and presentations for senior management.
• Provide financial analysis, investment recommendations, and decision-support to senior executives, including the CFO and Financial Controller.
• Participate in the financial evaluation of contracts, construction projects, lease agreements, and calls for tender related to new and existing business sites.
• Assist in preparing consolidated operating budgets, capital expenditure budgets, and long-term investment plans for the group of companies.
• Monitor short-term and long-term cash flows, working capital requirements, and overall financial performance across the organization.
• Prepare and maintain financial risk assessments and debt portfolio analyses for ongoing operations and acquisition financing.
• Support financing activities by assisting in revenue forecasting, bank financing packages, and financial documentation for lenders and investors.
