Financial Analyst Job

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations and report the cash position to assist in financial planning and capital allocation decisions.
• Perform day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with internal policies.
• Review accounts receivable/payable (AR/AP) transactions and support the management of funding and loan activities for working capital needs.
• Forecast working capital requirements on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis to support business operations and financial decision-making.
• Analyze and post general ledger (G/L) reports in SAP, ensuring accurate financial data for budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Assist in the preparation and reporting of regular budgets and financial forecasts, including budget revisions and variance analysis.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities, including accruals, tax filing, and the management of capital expenditures (CAPEX) and fixed asset depreciation.
• Ensure company’s adherence to financial policies and procedures and supporting the execution of special projects assigned by management, etc.

Education Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related.

Experience Requirement:
• Two (2) years of work experience in any finance, investment, or accounting job.
