Position Overview
We are seeking experienced, self-motivated Investment Advisor Representatives to join our growing team on a commission-based structure with competitive splits. The ideal candidate will leverage our firm's reputation, infrastructure, and diverse service offerings to build their own book of business while contributing to our collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
● Source and develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and business development initiatives
● Provide comprehensive financial advice and investment strategies tailored to client needs
● Develop and present customized investment proposals and financial plans
● Manage client portfolios and perform regular reviews of investment performance
● Collaborate with our team on complex client situations requiring specialized expertise
● Stay current on market trends, investment products, and regulatory requirements
● Maintain required licenses and credentials
● Uphold the firm's commitment to ethics and integrity in all client interactions

Qualifications
● Current Series 65 license or Series 7 and 66 licenses (required)
● Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial services or investment advisory
● Proven track record of client acquisition and relationship management
● Strong communication and presentation skills
● Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
● Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (preferred)
● Additional designations such as CFP®, CFA, ChFC a plus
