Job Description:
• Prepare, document, and review quarterly and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, P&L statements, cash reports, royalties, and dividends, for management and parent company oversight.
• Collect, reconcile, and analyze financial data, including purchase orders, invoices, payments, and inventory records, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct sales analysis, monitor revenue trends, and convert sales and financial figures between GAAP and IFRS for reporting purposes.
• Maintain accurate accounting records, ledgers, and receipts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and accounting standards
• Serve as the primary liaison between the U.S. company and Korean parent company on accounting, reporting, and audit matters.
• Process payroll transactions, including salaries, benefits, taxes, and deductions, ensuring accuracy and proper application of tax codes.
• Communicate with domestic and international vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve account discrepancies and confirm payment schedules.
• Support internal and external audits, provide necessary documentation, and coordinate with CPA firms for tax preparation.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration plus relevant experience in manufacturing industry.
