- Wage: $66 per hour
- Regular daytime work schedule with potential evening hours depending on business needs
- International business travel, primarily to Asia, including Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Singapore, will be required
o Travel frequency and period depend on the company’s operational needs, overseas business development activities, and management requirements

Education and Work Experience Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Work Experience Requirements:
Three (3) years or more of Senior-level Finance Management Experience
demonstrating performance of the following:
o Responsible for strategic decision-making, department leadership, financial oversight, policy implementation, and cross-functional coordination.
o Direct enterprise finance functions, including financial strategy, corporate governance, taxation, fund management, financial planning, forecasting, financial reporting, profitability analysis, cash flow management, internal controls, and financial performance management.
o Oversee treasury and capital management activities, including fund administration, investment monitoring, capital structuring, investment evaluation, capital allocation, liquidity management, payment systems, and financial risk assessment and control.
o Lead business planning, regulatory compliance, banking relationships, financial documentation, investment oversight, and enterprise risk management frameworks.
o Manage fund budgets of approximately $4 million, including budget administration, resource allocation, capital management, financial controls, and performance monitoring.
o Develop and implement financial policies, governance frameworks, operational plans, corporate strategy execution processes, and financial system improvements.
o Provide executive finance leadership through finance team oversight, KPI development, workforce planning, recruitment oversight, succession planning, and performance management.

Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
o Proficiency with financial reporting, accounting, payroll, cash management, and financial management systems, including QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, payroll platforms, cash management platforms, investment monitoring tools, or equivalent enterprise financial software, is required.
o Experience with accounting automation, financial process automation, data reconciliation tools, finance-business integration, and system-based financial reporting workflows is strongly preferred.
o Ability to develop, monitor, and manage budgets aligned with organizational objectives
o Fluency in spoken and written English
o Proven ability to effectively manage and lead a team of 5 to 10 staff, ensuring productivity, accountability, and high-quality deliverables

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Financial Strategy and Executive Leadership
o Lead enterprise-wide financial strategy aligned with corporate objectives, long-term growth plans, operational execution, and shareholder value creation.
o Establish financial objectives and approve policies, programs, and governance frameworks supporting corporate development strategies.
o Direct enterprise financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and executive reporting frameworks.
o Provide executive guidance on capital allocation, funding strategies, profitability enhancement, cost optimization, and business expansion initiatives.
o Allocate financial resources to support organizational policies, strategic initiatives, and business expansion plans.
o Represent the organization in high-level financial negotiations, banking relationships, and strategic engagements, while delegating authority to senior executives where appropriate.
o Evaluate financial performance, business feasibility, and strategic investment opportunities to support corporate growth and executive decision-making.
• International Finance and Corporate Expansion
o Lead financial governance for international expansion initiatives, including the establishment and oversight of subsidiaries, branch offices, and other overseas entities in Asian markets.
o Direct international financial structuring, regulatory alignment, and coordination of financial systems across multiple jurisdictions.
o Assess financial, regulatory, and operational risks associated with international business activities and expansion strategies.
o Manage relationships with external advisors, including auditors, banks, tax advisors, legal counsel, and corporate service providers.
• Financial Governance, Compliance, and Risk Management
o Establish and maintain enterprise-wide financial governance frameworks, internal control systems, compliance structures, and financial policies.
o Maintain compliance with applicable financial regulations, accounting standards, and statutory reporting requirements across jurisdictions.
o Develop and oversee enterprise risk management frameworks, including risk assessment processes, internal controls, mitigation strategies, and monitoring mechanisms addressing financial, operational, and regulatory risks.
o Maintain audit readiness and uphold regulatory reporting integrity in accordance with governance standards.
• Treasury and Finance Management
o Direct treasury operations, including cash flow management, liquidity planning, working capital management, capital allocation, and fund management.
o Manage banking relationships, fund movements, foreign exchange activities, and payment systems.
o Establish and maintain appropriate financial controls and governance structures over treasury and fund management activities.
• Financial Performance Management and Reporting
o Oversee financial reporting integrity, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of internal and external reports.
o Lead financial performance analysis, including profitability analysis, variance analysis, and executive financial reporting.
o Maintain reporting systems that support strategic decision-making, performance evaluation, and executive planning.
• Budgeting, Forecasting, and Business Planning
o Direct enterprise budgeting and forecasting processes aligned with strategic objectives and operational requirements.
o Develop financial planning frameworks supporting corporate strategy, business execution, and long-term growth initiatives.
o Establish financial accountability and performance tracking mechanisms across departments.
o Coordinate financial planning and budgeting activities across business regions, divisions, and departments.
• Investment and Capital Allocation
o Lead investment governance activities, including the evaluation of capital projects and strategic investment opportunities.
o Develop and manage investment strategies, including review of investment performance, capital efficiency, financial returns, and risk exposure.
o Direct capital allocation strategies to optimize financial resources and support long-term corporate growth and objectives.
• Leadership and Finance Function
o Lead the finance function, including organizational structure, capability development, recruitment, succession planning, and performance management.
o Select finance managers and senior finance personnel, delegate appropriate authority, and foster an effective working environment within the finance function.
o Allocate human resources within the finance function to support organizational objectives and operational effectiveness.
o Establish KPIs, governance systems, and accountability frameworks to enhance finance function performance.
o Align finance operations with corporate strategy and business objectives.
• Cross-Functional and External Stakeholder Management
o Manage engagement with auditors, financial institutions, regulators, advisors, business partners, and other external stakeholders.
o Coordinate financial operations between domestic and international teams, as well as across business regions, divisions, and departments.
o Maintain executive-level communication frameworks to support effective collaboration among internal and external stakeholders.
