Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s mission, objectives, and ERP-focused solutions.
● Establish key departments and senior staff positions, and ensure these teams are structured to efficiently manage financial and material
resources.
● Allocate human, financial, and material resources to execute organizational policies, programs, and promotional campaigns.
● Oversee and authorize the formulation of financial and administrative controls, guiding cost management, budgeting, and risk mitigation
efforts.
● Select, mentor, and empower middle managers and directors, delegating authority to foster an optimal working environment and drive performance.
● Represent the organization in negotiations, industry events, and official functions, ensuring that the company’s financial interests and
strategic goals are effectively communicated and advanced.

Qualifications:
● Educational Background: A university degree in business administration, commerce, computer science, or a related field is required,
ensuring a solid foundation in strategic management and technical competencies.
● Professional Experience: Extensive experience serving as a middle manager in financial, communications, or related business services,
providing hands-on leadership and operational oversight.
● Specialized Expertise: Demonstrated specialization in a functional area—such as financial analytics, ERP implementations, or investment
strategies—acquired through targeted university training or equivalent professional experience.
● Professional Certification: A recognized accounting or financial designation (e.g., CPA,CFA) is an asset, underscoring a commitment to fiscal
integrity, compliance, and best practices in financial management.
