Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the company's financial strategy in alignment with its overall business objectives.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including financial modeling and risk assessment, to support decision-making processes and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Prepare regular financial reports and present them to the company's executives.
• Lead the financial planning and analysis process, providing accurate forecasts and recommendations to optimize performance.
• Oversee cash flow and liquidity management, ensuring that the company has enough funds to cover its operating expenses and investments while optimizing cash utilization.
• Ensure the company adheres to financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws. Also coordinate audits and work with external auditors. Provide guidance on investment opportunities and acquisitions also assessing the financial viability of investment options and conducting due diligence.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks that could impact the company's performance and profitability.
• Implement risk management strategies and monitor the effectiveness of risk controls.
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures that align with industry best practices and support the company's growth and stability.
• Collaborate with consulting teams to offer financial expertise and support to clients seeking insurance solutions. Help clients optimize their financial operations and achieve their financial goals.
• Lead and manage the financial team, providing direction, mentorship, and support to ensure effective execution of financial strategies and tasks.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and technologies that support financial operations and data analysis.
• Collaborate with other executives and business development teams to identify new financial service opportunities and develop strategies for expanding the company's financial solutions portfolio.
• Assessing and managing financial risks inherent in insurance operations, including underwriting risks, investment risks, and market risks.
Requirements
Language: English
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Salary: $95-96 per hour
