Moshe Paper & Packaging Limited was founded by Moshe Mastai in 1975, who sold napkins and paper towels out of his car and by going door to door.
Job Responsibilities:
Create the company’s yearly budget and update financial plans regularly.
Study market trends (like packaging material costs) to find ways to save money or make more profit.
Help set prices for products that balance costs, competition, and what customers will pay.
Track cash flow to ensure there’s always enough money for warehouses, deliveries, and other needs.
Establish accounting policies and regulation and maintain an up to date financial system.
Prepare simple, clear reports for the leadership team (e.g., profits, expenses).
Share key numbers with the board of directors to show how the company is performing.
Hire, train, and manage finance staff to ensure they’re skilled and motivated.
Set clear rules for financial processes and make sure everyone follows them.
Advise the CEO and managers on major financial choices.
