Finance Manager Job

ABOUT THE POSITION: We are seeking an experienced candidate who will play a pivotal role in overseeing all financial aspects of our operations. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of financial resources, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the growth and profitability of the business.

Job Responsibilities and Duties as include but not limited to:
• Provide direction, guidance and support for fiscal analysis and budget supervising to subordinates.
• Manage and optimize the company's cash flow to ensure financial stability and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Manage annual budgets effectively, addressing discrepancies and suggesting improvements.
• Train and mentor, the departmental staff.
• Ensure adherence to tax regulations and reporting standards while concurrently developing, implementing, and managing assessments of the company's financial performance.
• Serve as a bridge between the organization and its stakeholders, investors, and external financial analysts.
• Coordinate with the payroll department to ensure timely execution of the salary cycle.
• Forecast financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Assessing the company's long- and short-term goals and making informed financial projections accordingly.
• Preparing the annual statutory accounts.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field is required.
• Master’s degree in related field or professional designation such as CPA or CMA is desirable.

Experience
• Several years of experience in financial management, auditing, budgeting, and other financial activities.

WAGES
• 55.00 hourly.

• Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other financial planning software.
•Financial reporting and tax experience
