Job Description:
Compensation & Benefits Administration
• Analyze compensation data and assist in benchmarking roles to maintain internal equity and market competitiveness
• Support the execution of annual compensation review cycles, including salary adjustments, incentive calculations, and performance-based rewards
• Administer benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and audits for health, retirement, and leave policies
• Generate reports and cost analyses to support compensation planning and total rewards strategies
Accounts Payable & Vendor Coordination
• Review and process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements; prepare payments via wire, ACH, and check
• Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate and timely payments
• Communicate with vendors and Korean counterparts to clarify transactions and ensure alignment with financial terms
• Ensure all disbursements are processed in compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
Financial Reporting & Compliance
• Maintain accurate financial records and audit trails related to compensation, benefits, and vendor payments
• Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and ensuring process compliance
• Assist in preparing financial reports and presentations that support decision-making
• Monitor relevant labor regulations, tax laws, and internal policies to ensure compliance across all areas
Analysis & Process Improvement
• Conduct research and analysis on market trends in compensation and benefits
• Identify opportunities to improve financial and HR operational efficiency, including automation of manual processes
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting by analyzing compensation and benefits costs
• Support strategic planning through financial modeling and scenario analysis
