Finance and credit administrator Job

At GMO-Z.COM BUSINESS SUPPORT CANADA, we have outsourcing contract with various companies affiliated with GMO Financial Holdings in Japan. We are currently looking for a permanent full-time Finance and credit administrator in our Toronto office.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Receive, sort, and disseminate incoming physical and digital mail, along with other materials
• Process and review invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper authorization
• Document procedures, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations
• Monitor the FX and CFD trading systems in real-time to detect any irregularities, system glitches, or disruptions
• Perform daily reconciliations of derivative positions and transactions to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies
• Implement enhancements to streamline workflows and increase efficiency
• Constantly learning about Internet technology, grasp the concept of latest industry and technology trends, able to provide innovative solutions

Compensation and Benefit: $36.92/hour plus bonus (based on performance), Extended medical, dental and vision care, 4% Vacation Pay (2 weeks paid vacation equivalent)

Education, Skills and Experiences:
• MS Office- Excel(Advanced), Word, PowerPoint, Gmail, Google Docs and other basic PC skills
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, use discretion, diplomacy and tact
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while continuously simplifying and prioritizing to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Completion of Investment Funds In Canada (IFC) course or Canadian Securities Course (CSC)

Preferred Skills / Experiences / Abilities
• System monitoring work
• Trading experience with crypto currencies, stocks, forex and others
• Experience in financial, cryptocurrency or blockchain industry
• Experience with SQL, Excel VBA, Python or some programming languages
• AML/KYC understanding

Language:
• Communication skills in English
• Ability of communicating in Japanese (business level) is preferred (we are outsourcing business of Japanese company and deal business with them daily)
