The Finance and Administration Vice President will lead financial planning, risk management, administrative operations, and strategic decision-making to support Goldenway’s growth in the import-export and wholesale industry.
Job Duties:
Financial Strategy & Oversight
-Develop and execute financial strategies and procedures that support Goldenway’s expansion and global trade operations.
-Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow management to ensure financial stability.
-Optimize working capital management, ensuring efficient inventory financing and trade credit strategies.
-Provide financial insights to support pricing, procurement, and supply chain decisions.
-Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions to secure funding and trade financing solutions.
Compliance & Risk Management
-Strengthen internal controls and risk management frameworks to mitigate financial and operational risks.
-Lead external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting in collaboration with accountants and legal advisors.
Operational & Administrative Leadership
-Oversee HR functions, including workforce planning, resource arrangement, compliance with labour laws, and talent development.
-Ensure supply chain and logistics financial oversight, optimizing cost efficiency in import/export transactions.
-Manage digital transformation efforts to enhance operational efficiency and financial reporting.
-Implement ERP systems and process automation to streamline financial and administrative workflows.
Business Growth & Strategic Planning
-Provide financial analysis to support expansion into new markets and product categories.
-Assess mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships to enhance Goldenway’s competitive advantage.
-Work closely with sales and procurement teams to improve profitability and optimize supplier agreements.
-Support expansion into new distribution channels, retail partnerships, and e-commerce platforms.
Leadership & Team Development
-Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and administration teams to build a high-performing culture.
-Foster cross-department collaboration, ensuring financial alignment with business goals.
-Support talent development and succession planning to strengthen internal leadership.

1.A college diploma or a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
2.3+ years of experience in middle-level financial and administrative leadership roles.
3.Effective communication and leadership skills to drive team performance.
4.Ability to assess and mitigate financial and operational risks, including currency exchange risks and supply chain disruptions.
5.Excellent negotiation skills for dealing with banks, trade partners, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
6.Highly analytical with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
7.Adaptable to changing market conditions and international trade dynamics.
