Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Field Supervisor (Hybrid MCR) to serve as the critical link between management, staff, and clients. In this role, you will oversee on-site operations, provide support during crises, and ensure services are delivered with quality and compliance. This is a leadership position that combines supervision, mobile crisis response (MCR) duties, and staff development to strengthen service delivery across Hampton Roads.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise QMHPs and be available to support crisis needs 24/7.
• Provide short-term assessment, crisis intervention, care coordination, and follow-up planning for individuals in crisis.
• Oversee staff performance: assign tasks, coach, mentor, and implement corrective action when needed.
• Lead by example with timely documentation, professionalism, and quality service.
• Facilitate last-minute discharges or MCR cases when staff are unavailable.
• Conduct regular quality assurance checks with staff and clients; submit weekly field reports to leadership.
• Manage team functions including interviews, orientation, staff development, and performance evaluations.
• Promote and enforce safety protocols, workplace professionalism, and adherence to DBHDS and DMAS regulations.
• Track daily staff and client activity, facilitate meetings, and lead quality improvement initiatives.
• Step into a management capacity as directed by the CEO.
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree OR High School Diploma with 5+ years of experience in the mental health field.
