Duties:
• Installing, aligning, dismantling, and commissioning of a wide range of HOMAG group automated machinery and equipment such as cnc machines, panel dividing machines, edge banding machines, material handling equipment including conveyors and robots
• Reading blueprints, diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures and adjusting and repairing defective parts
• Providing machine setup, programming, operation and maintenance training on newly installed equipment from single standalone machines to fully automated systems
• Operating hoisting and lifting devices such as cranes, jacks and tractors to position machinery and parts during installation, set-up and repair of machinery
• Providing after sales service through the inspection, maintenance, error diagnostic and repair of HOMAG Group machines and equipment
• Cleaning and performing routine maintenance work on machinery in addition to advising customers on machine applications and use, to achieve optimum efficiency and reliability over the entire machine life cycle
• Assembling machinery and equipment prior to installation using hand and power tools and welding equipment
• Providing advanced wood spraying and finishing application training to customers and colleagues
• Optimizing customer production and processes by troubleshooting, inspecting, and examining machinery and equipment to detect and investigate irregularities and malfunctions

Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required
• 2+ years of related work experience is required
• College diploma or equivalent in related engineering field preferred
• Advanced knowledge of industrial spray finishing systems
• Experience with cnc machines, panel dividing machines, edge banding machines, material handling equipment including conveyors and robots machinery
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal in English)
• Ability to work independently and in group settings
• Highly organized and ability to complete assigned tasks in an efficient manner
• Fast at problem solving and identifying mechanical issues
• A quick learner with a passion for gaining/improving new skills
