We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of commercial copiers, printers, and multifunction imaging equipment at customer locations throughout the San Jose area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair digital imaging equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
• Respond to customer service requests
• Complete service reports and documentation
• Maintain equipment performance standards

Job Requirements:
• 2-4 years of field service or technical support experience
• Experience repairing copiers, printers or similar equipment preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Associate degree in electronics, electrical engineering or equivalent experience preferred
