What You Will Be Doing
As a Field Technician at CleanzATX, you will be an essential part of delivering premium exterior cleaning and lighting services to residential and commercial clients. Services include:
Window Cleaning
Gutter Cleaning
Soft Wash House Washing
Pressure Washing
Soft Wash Roof Cleaning
Christmas Light Installation & Removal
Additional home improvement skills are always welcome.

No two days are exactly the same. You will be working outdoors, on roofs, on ladders, and alongside a team that holds itself to a high standard.

Compensation & Schedule
We believe in paying our team what they are worth — and rewarding people who grow.
Starting Pay: $20–$25/hr depending on experience and skill level
Overtime available: Full-time position, 40–50 hours per week
Weekend work available during peak seasons
Performance bonuses available during Christmas Light season (October–December)
Path to growth: High performers have the opportunity to move into a commission-based earning model over time
