Travel to customer sites to install and service Cranes, Gantries, Hoists & Automated Control Systems, provide training for end users, troubleshoot PLCs, and maintain positive customer relations.

*** Visit customer plant sites and install and commission service new equipment.

*** Perform routine or emergency maintenance on Automated Cranes Gantries Hoists and related equipment, including:

*** Electrical Power & Automation Control Systems

--- Up to 480V, 3-phase, VFD, AC/DC
--- Power Supplies
--- HMI Touchscreens & Digital Displays
--- Programmable Controls
--- PLCs & Drives
--- Pendants
--- Motors & Variable Frequency Drives
--- Machine Vision Collision Avoidance Systems
--- Lidar, Infrared, and Lasers
--- Spot, Warning & Safety Lights
--- Slotted Microwave Guide SMGs
--- Optic & Magnetic Positioning Systems APOS

*** Program, update, and demonstrate use of systems for customers.

*** Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical components of Automated Cranes, Gantries, Hoists and associated equipment.

*** Repair, replace, or update parts as needed.

*** Provide phone assistance for technical support and handling customer complaints.
