Field Service Manager Supervisor Director Manufacturing Production Line Machinery Automation Automated Assembly Processing Packaging _.

Manage service related functions for Automated Production Line Machinery, including dispatching, tracking all maintenance calls, preventive maintenance visits, and non-maintenance.

*** Recommend candidates for employment.

*** Develop and train subordinates.

*** Conduct performance evaluations, plan salary actions, recommend promotions, interpret and apply organization policies, and monitor and resolve employee situations.

*** Advise staff on operational projects and tasks.

*** Direct service and repair.

*** Establish unit objectives, work plans, and schedules.

*** Manage, integrate, and coordinate work groups and service technicians engaged in similar or related routine maintenance activities.

*** Perform administrative activities such as developing budgets, cost and benefit analyses, and similar.

*** Evaluate and implement changes in work procedures.
