Clearance: Active DoD Secret Clearance Required

We are seeking a motivated, problem-solving Field Service Representative to join our team, supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) with cutting-edge medical systems and technology. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key player in enhancing mission-critical operations, collaborating with diverse teams, and providing hands-on support for dynamic and impactful solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide Expert Onsite Training: Deliver training on applications and systems to client staff, ensuring smooth integration and operation within their workflows.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Help Desk, Cloud, Development, and Data Engineering Teams to troubleshoot, document, and resolve issues effectively.

  • Coordinate and Support: Assist client teams with deployments, site visits, training exercises, and other operational needs. Be the bridge between the end users and technical teams to ensure seamless execution.

  • Innovative Solutions for End Users: Work directly with end users to implement applications into daily operations, tailored to the specific needs of each command or service.

  • Be a Critical Problem Solver: Identify gaps in information and create innovative solutions to address these challenges using a Common Operating Picture (COP). Troubleshoot data inconsistencies and track issues with precision.

  • Travel: You will have the opportunity to travel 10%-25% to client sites for training, site visits, and operational support.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience, such as an Associate Degree + 10 years of relevant experience).

    • 2+ years of experience supporting DoD medical planning and execution (preferred: familiarity with DoD medical systems like TRAC2ES, TMDS, JMAR, CAREPOINT).

  • Technical & Communication Skills:

    • Strong troubleshooting abilities, especially in resolving basic computer access issues (e.g., clearing cache).

    • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Team Player:

    • A desire to learn new technologies and share that knowledge with others.

    • Comfort with providing both one-on-one and small group training sessions.

    • Flexibility and willingness to work occasional long hours or weekends as needed.

  • Clearance & Availability:

    • Active DoD Secret clearance

    • This is an onsite role in Colorado Springs, CO, working directly with the end users 5 days a week.

  • Salary: $125,000
