Job Description:
REGIONAL Field Service Mechatronics Electrician Automation Mechanic Tech Technician Engineer Maintenance Repair Maintain Machine Machinery Automation - .
Diagnose problems when automation malfunctions, conduct electrical repairs (wiring, sensors), and complete Work Orders and Scheduled Preventative Maintenance for highly automated consumer product packaging facilities.
*** Layout electrical jobs and projects.
*** Specify and order correct parts for projects.
*** Direct outside contractors on the installation of projects.
*** Set up and implement preventive maintenance procedures for process control systems.
*** Identify areas to be improved in process systems, make recommendations, and implement approved changes.
*** Calibrate and maintain pneumatic and electronic instrumentation.
*** Calibrate all critical control equipment.
*** Maintain and repair hydraulics, controls, electrical, mechanical, welding, electrical, PLCs, and pneumatics.
*** Program and integrate Automation systems.
*** Evaluate PLC equipment and integrate PLC systems.
*** Program, troubleshoot, and maintain Allen Bradley programmable logic controllers.
*** Troubleshoot and repair AC frequency controlled drives.
*** Maintain and update programs and process flow prints.
*** Maintain inventory of electronic replacement parts.
