Job Description:
Regional Field Service Mechanic Tech Technician Engineer Maintenance Repair Maintain Install Troubleshoot Machine Repair Machinery Plastic Injection Molding Molders Injection Blow Extrusion Molded Plastics Thermoforming _ .
Seeking 3+ years experience maintaining and repairing injection molding machines at customer locations. Experience with machines from Husky, Engel, Niigata, Arburg or Toshiba is a plus.
Shall:
*** Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance to injection molding and assembly machines and related equipment.
*** Implement modifications or upgrades to electrical, mechanical and hydraulic components and PLC programs to enhance equipment performance.
*** Train customer technicians and end users in the operation and basic maintenance of injection molding machines and related equipment.
Requirements:
*** 3+ years experience in a field service technician position, or in house maintenance position working on injection molding equipment.
*** Ability to travel to customer locations, locally, regionally or nationally with short notice.
*** Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic concepts as they relate to assembly and manufacturing equipment, or component parts.
Starting compensation up to $120,000 per year with a competitive hourly rate and overtime. Service brand new equipment for a variety of high-profile customers and make use of company vehicles when travelling within commuting distance, or receive travel reimbursement for flights and rentals. Full medical, dental and vision benefits. Company paid training and continued education assistance provided.
