Regional Field Service Mechanic Tech Technician Engineer Maintenance Repair Maintain Install Troubleshoot Machine Repair Machinery High Volume Bakery Automated Handling & Packaging Automation Loaves, Buns, Muffins, Decorated Cupcakes, Cakes, etc. _ .

Seeking candidate willing to frequently travel to Baked Loaves, Buns, Muffins, Decorated Cupcakes, Cakes, etc. manufacturing and processing facilities for installation, servicing, troubleshooting, repairing and upgrading of industrial High Volume Bakery Automated Handling & Packaging Machinery and equipment such as:

--- Conveyor Systems: Roller, Belt, Feeders, Product Aligners, Tray orienters, Stack Lifting, Trash Dumping, Auto Washers, etc.

--- Depanners: Shaker, Vacuum, Cyclone, Inverters, Sweepers, etc.

--- Pan & Tray Coolers & Cleaners

--- Pan & Tray Stackers & Unstackers

--- Basket Handlers

--- Slicers: Hinge, Butterfly, Full & Top Cutting; Reciprocating, etc.

--- Baggers & Bag Sealers

--- Machine Vision & X-Ray Inspection Equipment

--- Box, Basket, Tray & Dolley Loaders: Check Weighing; Height Measurement; Pattern Forming; Orienters; etc.

--- Box & Tray Formers: Card Inserters; Folders & Gluers; Labelers; etc.

Requirements:

*** Track record of successful build, installation, service, or repair of packaging or food processing machinery.

*** Solid experience troubleshooting machine components and sub systems including hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, programmable controls, and electrical.

*** Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.

Shall:

*** Install High Volume Bakery Automated Handling & Packaging equipment and communicate necessary information to client to operate machine.

*** Diagnose faulty mechanical and electrical components of machines.

*** Repair and rebuild mechanical systems equipment & components.

*** Document work for billing and maintenance records.
