SIGNIFICANT INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL

Install, troubleshoot, and repair Automated Clinical Diagnostic Chemistry & Immunoassay Analyzers and related components.

*** Read technical drawings and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues.

*** Assist with selection and ordering of repair parts.

*** Maintain field parts inventory, testing devices, and tools.

*** Educate and train customers on performance and maintenance techniques.

*** EQUIPMENT:

Large High Volume (200 - 3,000 tests per hour) Automated Clinical Diagnostic Chemistry and Immunoassay Analyzers used for clinical and medical diagnostics, genetic analysis and sequencing, drug discovery, protein crystallography, biological engineering, environmental monitoring and analysis, biological and chemical research, and forensics.

Sub Components

-- 3-axis tray, well plate & probe conveyors & manipulators.

-- Sample and reagent cut, open, and fold robotics.

-- Sample and reagent mixer and aspiration systems.

-- Centrifuges

-- Automated pipetting and washing - tip magazines; grippers; tip, plate, probe, etc. washers; reservoirs, etc.

-- Refrigeration

-- Sensors - liquid levels, clot & bubble detection, luninecence, etc.

-- Electrolyte measuring and Photometric & Chemiluminescence lighting & fluorescence detection components - diffraction grating, prisms, lenses, lamps & beam generators, photometers, CCD and CMOS image sensors, etc.

-- Magnetic separators.

-- Mini & micro pumps, servos, linear and rotary motors, etc.

-- DC powers supplies, programmable controllers, actuators, sensors, etc.

-- Central processing unit, network interface, human machine interfaces, displays, input & control panels, etc.

-- Bar code readers
