Job Summary
Solrac Technologies is seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to help grow our commercial client base through in-person prospecting, relationship building, and outside sales efforts. This role is focused on developing new business opportunities for services such as security cameras, access control, and related commercial security solutions.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently in the field, visiting businesses, property managers, HOAs, dealerships, schools, and commercial properties to introduce our services and generate new accounts. This is a strong opportunity for a self-driven sales professional who wants to represent in-demand services, build a territory, and earn based on performance.

Duties

Prospect and develop new business opportunities through in-person visits, networking, referrals, and direct outreach

Build relationships with property managers, HOAs, car dealerships, schools, commercial facilities, and other potential clients

Present company services and recommend solutions based on customer needs

Generate leads, schedule meetings, and follow up with prospects throughout the sales process

Conduct site visits and gather information needed for quotes and proposals

Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals

Track sales activity, prospects, and customer interactions in the company’s CRM or sales system

Work closely with management to identify target markets and sales opportunities

Meet or exceed sales goals through consistent field activity and account development

Represent the company professionally and help strengthen the Solrac Technologies brand in the market

Requirements

Experience in outside sales, B2B sales, business development, or territory sales preferred

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Comfortable with cold prospecting and in-person customer outreach

Ability to work independently and stay organized in a field-based role

Professional appearance and strong customer-facing skills

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Experience selling security, access control, low-voltage, construction-related, or service-based solutions is a plus

Existing relationships in commercial property, HOA, dealership, or business communities are a plus

Compensation

Commission-based or base plus commission, depending on experience

Strong earning potential for motivated reps
