Field Sales Representative Job

VILIANTE LLC is a Los Angeles-based professional beauty supply company offering premium single-use disposable towels for salons, barbershops, spas, med spas, skincare businesses, and other beauty professionals.

We are hiring a Field Sales Representative to help grow our presence throughout Glendale and the surrounding Los Angeles area.

This is a field-based, customer-facing position. The representative will visit local beauty businesses, introduce VILIANTE products, explain their benefits, build relationships with owners and managers, and follow up with prospective and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit salons, barbershops, spas, med spas, skincare businesses, and other beauty-related businesses in assigned local areas.
• Introduce VILIANTE products to business owners, managers, and beauty professionals.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and purchasing options clearly and professionally.
• Identify potential customers and initiate conversations with new businesses.
• Build and maintain positive long-term customer relationships.
• Follow up with interested businesses after visits, product introductions, or samples.
• Listen to customer needs and handle questions and objections professionally.
• Maintain organized records of visits, customer interactions, follow-ups, and next actions.
• Follow assigned sales routes and daily priorities.
• Communicate customer feedback and market insights to management.

Requirements:

• Fluent Armenian and English communication skills.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable approaching new businesses and speaking with owners and managers.
• Sales, retail, customer service, account management, business development, beauty, salon, spa, or other customer-facing experience preferred.
• Previous field sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Reliable follow-up and good organizational skills.
• Comfortable using a smartphone, maps, email, and basic customer-tracking tools.
• Comfortable traveling locally throughout Glendale and surrounding Los Angeles areas to visit businesses in person.

Training will be provided to the right candidate.

Pay: $19–$35 per hour.
