Field Sales Representative Job

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Red Label Enterprises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This position plays a crucial role in our company’s growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales objectives
Stay current on industry trends, products, and competitive activities
Provide regular feedback to management regarding market conditions and customer needs

Qualifications
Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal abilities with a customer-focused approach
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
