Field Project Manager / Construction Manager – Telecom (Ericsson Experience Required)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Field Project Manager / Construction Manager with a strong background in wireless telecom construction and hands-on experience supporting Ericsson projects. This role requires managing end-to-end field execution of telecom site builds, upgrades, and deployments while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and client standards.
The ideal candidate must be local to Washington State and capable of overseeing multiple job sites, subcontractors, and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full lifecycle of wireless telecom construction projects (new builds, modifications, upgrades, 4G/5G deployments)
• Lead field execution for Ericsson-driven projects in compliance with client standards
• Coordinate with Ericsson project teams, RF engineers, construction crews, and subcontractors
• Oversee site activities including civil work, equipment installation, fiber, power, and integration readiness
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA standards
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Conduct site walks, quality inspections, and safety audits
• Track materials, logistics, and vendor performance
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Provide accurate reporting, progress updates, and documentation to stakeholders
• Support permit closeouts, punch lists, and final acceptance processes
Required Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience in telecom construction or wireless project management
• Proven hands-on experience working on Ericsson telecom projects (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of LTE and 5G deployments
• Experience managing subcontractors and field crews
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, RFDS, CD packages, and technical documents
• Strong understanding of site acquisition, permitting, and construction processes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally within Washington State
• Must be local to Washington State
• OSHA 30 Certification mandatory

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with AT&T, T-Mobile, or Verizon projects
• OSHA 10/30 Certification
• PMP Certification
• Experience managing multiple concurrent sites
