Field Service Technician Electronics Repair Tech Automated Industrial Production Line Inspection Equipment Machine Vision Sensors Robots Lasers Cameras Coordinate Measuring _ .

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair factory automation equipment at customer facilities.

*** Read and interpret electrical and electronic diagrams and blueprints.

*** Install, service, and repair equipment at customer sites, including PC controlled production line equipment; system boards; programmable controllers; actuators; gauges; transducers; machine vision involving digital cameras, CCD & CMOS Chips and lasers; miniature pumps; etc.

*** Answer technical support calls and inquiries.

*** Test, assemble, and disassemble electronic circuit boards, cables, electromechanical parts, and sub-assemblies of analog and digital electronic circuits.

*** Repair and replace diodes, transistors, resistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, and other printed circuit components to board level.

Requires:

*** 1-3 years direct experience in electronic device repair or manufacturing

*** Fluency in computer software platforms for communication and configuration of VFDs and PLCs.
