Job Description:
As a Hospitality Sales Associate at FCB Wireless & Broadband Solutions, your primary role is to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales through in-depth product knowledge and effective selling techniques. You will be responsible for managing inventory, understanding product specifications, and promoting specific devices and add-ons assigned to you daily.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Knowledge:
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of all products and services offered.
• Stay informed about what we have in stock and the specifications of each product.
• Be knowledgeable about the features and benefits of each phone, product, or service.
2. Sales and Customer Interaction:
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate devices.
• Pitch products effectively, focusing on the assigned devices for that day.
• Upsell additional items such as cases, screen protectors, EarPods, and earphones.
• Offer free earphones with standard phone purchases to enhance customer satisfaction.
3. Daily Sales Assignment:
• Each day, you will be assigned specific devices to promote and sell.
• Rotate through different devices to ensure comprehensive product knowledge.
• Prepare add-ons and accessories to accompany the assigned devices.
4. Outreach and Marketing:
• Actively seek out potential customers by passing out flyers to locals.
• Perform cold calling for delivery or in-store pickup orders.
• Maintain a visitor sheet to track customer interactions and visits.
5. Commission Structure:
• Earn a $15 commission on all upgrade sales.
• Earn a $5 commission on any sales other than SafeLink.
• Earn a $10 commission on SafeLink sales.
