Fashion Stylist Job

• Design and produce a range of custom apparel, including direct embroidery and decorative stitching.
• Mend clothing and linens.
• Outline parts of patterns on paper and mark details such as the placement of pockets, pleats, and decorative elements.
• Manage employees (design team, stage hands, apprentices, etc.).
• Research current fashion trends and market demands to inspire new designs.
• Create mood boards and design concepts that reflect the brand’s aesthetic and vision.
• Sketch initial design ideas by hand or using computer-aided design (CAD) software (optional).
• Develop detailed drawings and technical specifications for each design.
• Create and organize both stationary and movable displays and exhibits for trade events, conventions, retail establishments, and museums.
• Design and make accessories and apparel for men, women, and kids.
• Work closely with other designers, pattern makers, and garment technicians to ensure designs are feasible and producible.
• Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to align designs with brand strategy and market needs.
