Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, assign and supervise the work of farm workers
- Supervise, monitor and enforce procedures to maintain crop health
- Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
- Oversee maintenance of infrastructure, equipment, and supplies
- Develop work schedules and establish procedures
- Ensure safety and security procedures are followed
- Maintain quality control and production records
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- Perform other general farm duties as required
