Farm Workers Job

We are looking to hire 4 permanent full-time Farmworkers in Pitt Meadows as soon as possible.

Job Duties include:
1. Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops.
2. Fertilize and spray crops.
3. Weeding and harvesting crops.
4. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
5. Examine produce for quality and prepare for market.

Employment Requirements:
1. Training will be provided on job.
2. Ideal candidates should be flexible.
3. The position is physically demanding and requires, bending, crouching, kneeling, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads and a combination of sitting, standing & walking.
4. The candidate may be required to work in hot, wet and dusty outdoors.

Terms of Employment:
The candidates are expected to be available for work morning, daytime, evening and weekends. These are full-time (30-40 hours per week) and permanent positions with a salary of $18.25/Hour. Staff accommodation is available and will be provided.
