Bagri Farms is committed to growing, harvesting, and selling of quality blueberries on our farm located in Surrey, BC. We are currently hiring 4 full-time Farm Workers to work on our blueberry farm.

Position: Farm Worker
Number of positions: 4
Terms of employment: Full-time; Permanent; Year- round work
Wages: $17.85 per hour
Anticipated start date: As soon as possible
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, physically demanding, combination of sitting, standing, and walking
Duties & Responsibilities
• Plant, fertilize, irrigate, and harvest crops.
• Pruning and thinning, weeding, repair water drip lines, apply saw dust when required.
• Use basic farming tools, maintain tools, and store them at proper place after use.
• Load, unload and transfer crates, supplies, farm produces for transportation.
• Clean up trays and harvest bins and general cleanup of growing, collection and loading areas.
• Other farm-related duties as required.
Job Requirements
• No education and no experience is needed.
• Ability to work in various work environments such as wet, damp, dust and cold etc.
Benefits:
• Transportation to workplace is available (if required).
• Accommodation will be provided at $30/ week (if required).
