Job Description
• Planting, Cultivating, and harvesting crops
• Spraying and Fertilizing
• Removing weeds, sorting, and grading all the farm produce
• Maintaining Equipment
• Examine Produce for quality and preparation for market
• Ensuring health and Safety procedures are followed
• Detecting disease and health problems in crops
• Ability to work outside and lift 50Lbs
