Farm Worker - Livestock Job

We currently have an exciting opportunity for you to bring your skills, knowledge, and expertise as a dedicated Farm Worker for livestock. Come and join us.

Your duties and responsibilities will include the following:
• Ensure safe, humane handling during feeding, moving and routine care.
• Prepare and distribute feed according to schedules and dietary instructions.
• Observe animals daily and report any signs of illness or injury.
• Assist and report during calving to ensure the health and safety.
• Clean and disinfect housing to maintain biosecurity standards.
• Remove waste and maintain clean, sanitary living areas for animals.
• Keep feed records and notify supervisor when supplies are low.
• Follow protocols and help enforce safety measures.

Requirements:
• No formal education required
• Will train. Previous experience in the farm industry is an asset.
• Possesses and able to carry out work with the following characteristics:
Organized, Team player, Judgement, Reliability
