Job Duties:

• Oversee and supervise the work of the Farm Workers.
• Train new Farm Workers.
• Supervise farm operations including cultivation, sowing, spraying, and harvesting.
• Ensure that activities such as seeding and harvesting are completed on time.
• Prepare schedules and assign work to the Farm Workers.
• Ensures maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Ensure that the farm workers are adhering to the safety standards and protocols.

• Completion of Secondary education would be an asset.
• Completion of a college certificate in agriculture field would be an asset but not mandatory.
• Any experience in the field would be preferred.
