Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers.
• Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations as per our farm requirements.
• Develop work schedules and establish/follow company procedures.
• Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed at all times.
• Maintain quality control and production records as well as track inventory of crops and input.
• Ensure that equipment is maintained regularly and recorded in the log.
• May perform general farm duties.
Requirement:
• High school diploma is required.
• Experience is an asset.
• $ 21/hour
• 30-40 hours per week
