Job Description
Athiana Acres is seeking a motivated and experienced Farm Supervisors to lead and oversee daily farm operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regenerative and organic farming, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for sustainable agriculture.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and coordinate all farming activities including planting, cultivation, harvesting, and storage of crops
• Lead and supervise farm workers and seasonal staff by providing training, creating schedules, and monitoring performance
• Ensure the farm adheres to health and safety regulations at all times
• Maintain compliance with organic certification standards and environmental regulations
• Manage the upkeep and repair of farm machinery, equipment, and infrastructure
• Keep detailed records of crop production, inventory, and labor activities
• Implement sustainable farming practices such as crop rotation, soil management, pest control, and cover cropping
• Assist with the organization and support of farm market operations and community events when necessary
• Collaborate with farm owners and external partners to plan and develop farm production strategies

• Completion of secondary school education
• 1-2 years of experience in farming.
• Strong knowledge of soil health, crop rotation, cover cropping, and sustainable pest management
• Proven leadership and team management skills
