Salary and Benefits
Salary: $19.00 per hour

Transportation to and from our blueberry farm is free, ensuring a hassle-free commute.
Work-life balance through the flexible and accommodating work environment.
Employee discount on premium blueberries.
If needed, we offer housing for $30 per week. We'll also cover your relocation costs and private health insurance until you're enrolled in the provincial health plan. Additionally, we provide daily transport from your accommodation to the farm.
Job Responsibilities
• Inspect crop/field to determine conditions and need for pruning, weeding, harvesting or other agriculture operations required.
• Maintain quality control and prepare reports regarding farm conditions, yields, machinery breakdowns, or labour problems.
• Assign duties to workers such as pruning, irrigation, harvesting, packaging, or grading.
• Supervise & oversee the growing & other crop-related operations and train farm workers.
• Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers.
• Make sure all the safety procedures are followed by the workers.
• Develop work schedules and establish procedures.
• Train and mentor farm workers, providing guidance and support to optimize their performance.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly.
• Manage and maintain farm equipment, ensuring their proper functioning and timely maintenance.
• May perform the same agricultural duties as subordinates.
Job Requirements
• Minimum 1- year of farm experience.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Ability to supervise and work in a fast-paced environment which may be physically demanding.
