Farm Supervisor Job

• Coordinate, assign, and oversee the work of farm workers
• Supervise and manage breeding programs and other activities related to bee health and productivity.
• Enforce procedures to maintain the health and welfare of bees, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
• Manage the maintenance of farm infrastructure, equipment, and supplies necessary for beekeeping operations.
• Develop and implement work schedules and protocols to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with farm safety protocols, as well as food safety and bio-security measures.
• Maintain meticulous records pertaining to production, quality control, and hive health.
• Perform general farm duties as needed to support operations.

• High school diploma or above
• Related experience is an asset
