Permanent Position: Farm Supervisor

Wage Rate: $20.00 Hourly, for 40.00 Hours per week

Job Duties:
• Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers
• Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
• Develop work schedules and establish procedures
• Ensure farm safety and procedures are followed
• Maintain quality control and production records
• May perform general farm duties.
• Train general farm workers
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling.
Ability to Supervise: More than 10 people
Essential Skills: Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Significant use of memory
Other Information: Candidate must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must be willing to work on all shifts.
