Van Raay Farms Ltd. is hiring a Farm Supervisor (NOC 82030).
Location: Iron Springs, Alberta
Work location: 205065 Highway 25, Iron Springs, AB, Canada T0K 1G0
On site Permanent, full-time position 40 to 45 hours per week
Wage: $35.71 per hour
Start date: As soon as possible Vacancies: 1

Main duties
Develop specific plans to prioritize
Organize tasks to accomplish the work
Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting
Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
Maintain quality control and production records
Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
Maintain work records and logs
Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
Perform general farm duties

Requirements
English language
No degree, certificate or diploma required
2 years to less than 3 years of experience
