Serfas Farms Ltd. is looking for a Farm Supervisor to join our team in Enchant, Alberta.

Location: NE2-15-18-W4, Enchant, AB T0K 0V0
Wage: $29.00 per hour
Hours: 40–50 hours per week
Employment: Permanent, Full-time, On site Schedule: Early morning, Day, Weekend
Start date: As soon as possible Vacancies: 1
Language: English
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
Work Environment: Beef cattle ranching and farming, including feedlots. Work is performed outdoors in a rural/remote location and may involve dusty conditions and odours.

Responsibilities:
Handling animals
Monitoring animal health
Organize tasks to accomplish the work
Treat livestock health issues
Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
Maintain livestock performance records
Maintain work records and logs
Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
Perform general farm duties
Supervise 1–2 workers
Area of specialization: Beef cattle.
